After just a week or so, if you do the exercises regularly, you will really begin to notice some differences with your abs and really start to get a flat stomach. Don’t forget to breathe. Another way to help you get a flat stomach is to learn how to boost your metabolic rate. The faster your metabolism, the faster the body burns and uses food. Food is fuel. Think of a car. There is only so much petrol that can fit in the tank. If you try and fit in too much, it has nowhere to go. Its the same with body fat. Eat what you want, when you want but stop when you are full. Believe it or not, actually not eating ENOUGH can put your body into famine mode and it will begin to store fat. Eat more and enjoy it. Eat more slowly and really savour every mouthful.
